Rules will be enforced by Staff Team
KOS [Section 1.1]

1. You cannot KOS (Kill on Sight) for any reason at all.

2. If you are attacked by a KOSer, you have the right to self-defense. After you've done so, let a staff member know that the person attempted to KOS you.

3. The only times you may kill a player are under the following circumstances:

~> If a player steals your vehicle or drains your gas or damages your vehicle (any vehicle type) in front of you. This also counts if a player blows up or shoots at your vehicle. Keep in mind, the player mismanaging your vehicle is NOT allowed to defend him/herself.

~> If a player is in your house, you must give them a warning if you wish them to leave. If they do not comply you may kill them, with at least the warning being in world chat.

~> If a player is raiding your base, you may kill all raiders during the roleplay event. You cannot kill them after the roleplay event, it will be considered Kos.

~> If a player is robbing or arresting you, you may kill them during the roleplay event in self-defense. You cannot kill them after the roleplay event, it will be considered Kos.

4. If you died and your body was looted by another player, you cannot demand that the player gives back your items.

5. If a weapon is being pointed at you and is not on safety you can not pull out your weapon to shoot them as it would be breaking roleplay. it will be considered Kos.

~> The only time you may demand back your items is if the player unrightfully (fail RP) killed you. This can only happen if decided by a staff member.

WARNINGS [Section 1.7]

1. In most role-play situations a warning system is highly needed. There is a minimum of 3 warnings. To correctly conduct a warning(s) you MUST always announce the first warning in world chat the next 2 warnings can be announced in area chat or voice chat, whatever you're more comfortable with. All warnings must have a minimum of a 5 second interval, failure to do so will result in fail-rp (fail roleplay), which is a punishable offence. Make sure that your warnings are clear on what you want the targeted person to do.

Situations where you must use the warning system:
Examples:
/rob [player]
/raid [player] [location]
/arrest [player]
~> During a robbery.
~> During an arrest.
~> When someone is trespassing into your base.
~> When someone is trying to steal or damage your vehicle. (Once the player has actually stolen or damaged your vehicle you have the right to kill him/her, the person stealing/damaging your vehicle isn't allowed to defend him/herself).

How to conduct a warning(s):
Before Robbery ensure you have done /rob [player]
~> Robbery: "Warning 1, drop all your items. Don't pull out a weapon or try to escape!"
Before Arrest ensure you have done /arrest [player]
